We are pleased to offer shipping to customers within the United Kingdom and internationally.

- UK Orders: Shipping costs within the UK will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected.
- International Orders: International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
2.3. Delivery Times
Bespoke Items: As each product is handmade to order, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Average expectancy is 2-3 weeks processing time.
Ready to send items
- UK Delivery: first class/special delivery delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International Delivery: Delivery times for international orders vary by destination but typically range from 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.
2.4. Shipping Methods
We use reputable courier services to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Available shipping methods will be detailed at checkout.
2.5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
2.6. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We are not liable for any additional import charges and the customer must cover these charges.
3. Returns Policy
3.1. Bespoke Items
Due to the customised nature of our Products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or not as described. Each bespoke item is crafted specifically for you based on your specifications, which makes it unique and unsuitable for return or resale.We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item has re-sale opportunity and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any bespoke items or items that are not deemed as faulty by us.
3.2. Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details of the issue, including photographs where possible. We will assess the situation and, if deemed faulty, will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please note that minor variations in colour, texture, or natural imperfections in materials are not considered faults but characteristics of handmade products.

3.3. Return Process
To return a faulty item, please follow these steps:

- Await our instructions on how to return the item.
- Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3.4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. If the return is due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the fault, we will process your replacement or refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customised or personalised items not faulty.
- Items with signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us. We reserve the right to determine the cause of damage. We are not liable for damages or loss caused in transit.
